Hello from the Northeast corner of the state!

What exactly seems to be the problem?

What type/brand is it?

One common problem is that they sometimes lack directions...One typical problem is knowing how to turn on the battery for use..To activate those pen type batteries you sometimes need to press the button 5 times in rapid succession and then you will see it flash back to let you know it's "on" and ready to use.

Fill us in with more details if that's not the answer you need!

    Can anyone offer some help?

Welcome. And sure thing on the help. The best way is to read a bunch on ecf and find out how to properly use the product and what and where to buy.

You sure can ask a bunch of questions also if you can narrow it down. Their are several things to make these things work. It's not that hard tho so hang in there.

Wow! Thank you for all the responses! I'm going to do the best I can here.

I had a little vape pen from a gas station that I was using because I'm trying to quit smoking. It was nice but it didn't have that "hit" that I was looking for.

Today I went to Presque Isle Vapor and bought a Subego Temperature Control. After using it for a little while it starting acting up. It would blink green and then red very quickly. I thought it died so I plugged it in to charge but it would blink green about 15 times and then turn off while itwass plugged inl. I looked up the store's reviews and they are pretty bad.

I called and the woman acted very shady saying things like "I've never charged mine", "the light doesn't turn on when you charge it", and "I'll have to talk to my husband."

I started fooling around with it and I finally got it to work buy unscrewing it very slightly. It was like I screwed the tank in to tight. Is that possible?

I'm gonna post some pictures of what I purchased. Also, there is a white price with what looks like 2 O rings on it that the woman said I didn't need. I'll post a photo.

Yes; this is a common problem on many devices; the pin in the center can get pressed down too far

    Subego Starter Kit Features:

    1. Power off memory. The temperature set will be recorded into the inner IC, memory will not loose even in a power off state.

    2. Presetting for temperature: 400°F (red light), 500°F (mix light), 600°F(green light), continually 3 clicks to switch.

    3. Color battery level. Red=low battery, Red green=middle level, Green=high battery level.

4.12 seconds shutoff. Device will automatically shut off when one puff’s firing time is over 12 seconds.

5.Short protection. When battery or atomizer gets short, device will immediately stop working and display RED LIGHT FLASH 3 TIMES.

6.Low battery protection. Low voltage protection will be activated when battery voltage gets low (Below 3.2V), a 7-TIMES FLASH warning will be displayed. (My Guess, either this or you have a short, see #5.)
