I'm 20 years old, been smoking since I was 15, last two years would smoke about 30 cigs a day. it was taking a toll on my health, I was constantly coughing, and my lungs felt like .....
ordered a vaporfi pro 2 starter kit, and have been cig free for a month now, stopped coughing almost immideatly, can breathe, taste and smell better.
I've also seen from this forum that vaporfi are ripoffs, I'd like a better choice, since my pro 2 is okayish, and I want a better more affordable product than what they offer at their site, but nothing too complicated, I dont want to start building coils and stuff like that.
anyway great forum, lots of info and I'm excited to join :)

You have a good juice maker right in your area. Yaeliq has some very good mixes at affordable prices. He is a hell of a nice guy too...
I'm good on juice, already ordered some from vaporfi, I'm looking from a new kit though, but building coils is really a deterrent for now, I'm looking to use factory made atomizers for now.

Hi Dimnzy and welcome to ECF.

I looked at that site and I'm a bit confused--I see a lot familiar-looking devices but they are sold as Vaporfi products (Evods, Nautilus, Emow etc.) Their starter kits look like eGo-class batteries and Kanger-looking tanks. And they are rather expensive.

I usually recommend a nice box mod (Eleaf iStick 30, Innokin Cool Fire 4 or Heatwave Defender) and Eleaf GS Air tanks with replaceable coils. That's my favorite setup for easy and trouble-free vaping. Many Chinese vendors sell them--have you tried Fasttech?

thanks very much for the suggestions, what do you think of the kanger subox mini? can I use standard atomizers with that?

The kit or just the subtank?

It's a nice combo. The kbox mini that comes with the kit requires external batteries and a charger--just in case you're not aware of it.

I love my Subtank mini--but I never use it to sub-ohm [I use higher resistance coils and I build 1.6Ω coil (2-2.5 mm ID) for the RBA]. It's one of the most versatile tanks on the market--it can be used with replaceable coils, it comes with an RBA deck (very simple to build on--make sure you get the V2) and it also works, apparently, with Kanger ProTank 2 single coil heads and with Aspire BVC (not Nautilus) coils. :D

didn't understand half of what you said Lol, thanks for that though, I can see I have alot to learn, but I'd rather have a rechargeable battery.

howdy - and welcome!

subox is a very decent upgrade... and while the batteries are removable, they are also rechargeable...

if you want a more 'built in' type of battery solution, check out the innokin disrupter (has removable lipo battery pack that you can recharge safely via mini usb) - super sturdy, very reliable... add a kanger subtank mini (one of the v2 versions, with improved air flow and vertical coils) and you are in business
