Hi all,
Just a update and some more advice...
So I've been vaping for 3 weeks (on and off) and I'm having a little trouble finding the right juice.
My problem is whatever juice I use it makes me cough, even nasty camel crap cigarettes didn't do that.
It might be the pg causing it but I'm not sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated before I waste more cash on juice I can't use.

Thanks
Matt

A lot of hobbyists here that will recommend very high end. Remember, it is just about getting nicotine.

I would recommend your getting a back-up just in case. Keep it all simple.

Oh, my taste buds were burnt from the smoking so I had no ability to taste much. Spearmint and peppermint helped me a lot.

Keep it simple, vape as much as you want, you will settle later. Just no fags.

Hey Matt,
I know i coughed a lot my first few weeks of vaping when i made the transition. It can be different inhale techniques making you cough or even you nicotine level might be to strong. Ive even read on some ecig blogs that its the Pg breaking up all that nasty junk in your lungs from the smoking like how the Pg does in inhalers. Im no doctor so i can't claim whether that part is true or not, but as far
as far as the inhale technique try slowly drawing on it while you hit your mod like as if your drink from a straw then inhale to your lungs if that is already how you inhale try taking it straight to your lungs. The straight to your lungs is how i used my Nautilus when i had mine and it worked great for me. Other than that if it still makes you cough a lot try going down in your nicotine.

Glad to hear that you haven't given up trying to quit the cigs.

It could be PG, nicotine level or the flavorings. You didn't mention any specifics about the juice you have tried. VG is definitely more smooth than PG.

You might want to buy some VG to dilute your juice a bit. It will also dilute the nic content and the flavorings.

Hi Matt,
Welcome! I am new too.....
I was smoking a pack a day for 38 years, I really loved my analogues and never thought I could ever give them up and didn't want to either. I bought my first e cigarette kit 4 months ago with the intentions of just cutting back a little . By the third day I had an analogue with my coffee in the morning and I realized that I don't like this anymore and that was it, so I haven't had a single analogue for over 4 months now.
My first few months of e liquids were Tobacco flavoured 12 mg. Now my favourite is butter rum and caramel 6 mg.
