Hello everyone, new member here. Started vaping about six months ago on an eGo-T/Kanger EVOD setup. Prior to that, I used Chantix to quit cigarettes, and for 7 months, was successful. However, one weak moment, and I was back to smoking like I had never quit. A friend turned me on to the eGo-T, and while it helped me to cut back on the smokes, I was still smoking. So, about 5 days ago, I made the decision that I'm going to eliminate the cigarettes completely, and in order to do that, I had to make a stronger commitment to vaping. I suppose my logic was that if I spent a decent amount of money on some good equipment, that I would be more likely to stay with it. I did a lot of research, and decided to go with a Provari Mini mod and Aspire Nautilus tank, which I'm currently waiting as patiently as I can for them to be delivered. Anyways, I don't want this to get too long winded, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Glad to be here, looking forward to learning more about vaping, and hopefully be able to help others out with any information I might have.

Welcome and congratulations on making the decision to quit for good. You can do it!!! I smoked for 30 years and gave them up in a weekend. Don't even want one now. I'm a newbie to the forum as well. Great bunch of people

Thanks everyone! I'm already looking at rebuildable tanks. A friend of mine has a couple of Kayfun clones, but I think I'm going to go with an authentic. I went to a rebuild workshop yesterday at one of the local shops, learned a ton of stuff. They have a Kayfun lite plus for the same price as I can order online, but I'll have to pay tax on it. No big deal, it's only a few bucks extra, and I get it right away. No waiting, plus I believe in supporting my local economy whenever possible.

Welcome to ecf. I tried Chantix several times and it worked each time but I too went back to smoking each time. Vaping is the only thing I have every tried that has worked for me so I guess that is why I am so obsessed with it. Congrats to you and I love your story. Don't hesitate to ask anything on ecf.
