Hey guys,

First time poster here so go easy one me.
I'm looking to quit smoking but as it has been a prevention method for previous addictions i'm moving onto e cigs.

I need a site that sells cheap liquid as i have very little money of my own (most of my wages go to support family and friends back home)

On top of that i need some affordable e cigs with good battery life, i was thinking a lavatube or one of its many clones.

I appreciate all advice.

Thankyou.

Welcome to ECF , but not really knowing what all is available to you , makes it a bit difficult to recomend something . The Lavatubes are Ok , but be sure to at least get the newer version , that's better made , at least on the exterior . ( stronger , and a bit more durable ) still uses the same internals . One such device ( lavatube ) is known as the Lambo . You might also want to check out the V2 Zmax , both VV , and VW . for not alot of money . Good Luck .

I recommend taking a good look at the Bolt. It isn't vv, but vapes pretty good down to ~3.4 volts. Solid mod for the money imo. Keep in mind that you'd also need a 510 to ego adapter for anything that needs that type of connection.

Edit: I forgot to add that you can add a kick later when money allows.

Greetings from Canada! Welcome to ECF!

This is a Great APV with flexibility in many aspects; variable voltage, variable wattage, variable battery. A Great price and Health Cabin carries just about anything you may need. I'm not sure on their policy on shipping juice to you but the effort may prove financially to your benefit.

Sounds like that VV/VW device from healthcabin might be the ticket. Looks pretty slick if it holds up. HC also carries DeKang juice (when it's in stock) and that's about the cheapest brand juice going. I'd try Desert Ship/Camel and SEC/Kent for a decent ciggy-like task (no juice actually tastes like a burning cigarette).
Also check out VaporHawk.com - Cheapest Electronic Cigarettes on the Net for cheap DeKang

Oh, congrats on your choice to get off the burning sticks...wise choice!

hi welcome to ECF.
I am in NZ and buy mostly from EVcigarettes US and for tobacco type juice I buy from House of Liquid UK. I bought 120mls each of flavourless Pg and flavourless Vg from overseas so I could DIY but still mostly vape RTV juices. Theres a vendor in NZ called Naked Vapour they arent the cheapest and I dont care for their juices but I bought off them a bit before I discovered its actually cheaper to shop around overseas. somebody was saying they get free postage from a place in china not sure where though. You will need to inform vendors of nZ law when approaching them. We are allowed to buy 3 months supply of nicotine at a time but ive still had a couple of vendors saying they dont want to ship to NZ.
Good luck with your journey

Unfortunately that is still too expensive, the Zmax costs about 100$ from madvapes.
I can spend a maximum of 50-60usd on one before it starts cutting into my essentials.
I know i could go with one of those cheap starter kits but i really just want to get it done and over with in one go.

Hi Salmon,
I'm in NZ. I'd suggest the Vamo, also called the eGo APV. I bought one from Health Cabin for US $39. They give NZers the option of DHL shipping - it only takes 3 days to arrive! I bought one from them:
eGo Variable Volt/Watt APV V2 (Only Body) [D-B4 APV] - $39.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

Other Kiwis have bought from them and they're are a registered ECF supplier. Right now I would only use DHL shipping - in fact I think that's all they offer - but they offer it cheaper than standard EMS.

Rob at Naked Vapour in NZ is selling the Vamo for NZ $70 - body only, or a full kit for more.
Naked Vapour - eGo APV V2 MOD Kit
On the drop down menu click body only and you'll see the price. His deliveries always reach me in two days.

A lot of people are getting these. They appear to have the same circuitry as the Zmax2 - I have both and am finding the eGo APV works well. Can also use it in a smaller size, or full size. Variable voltage, variable wattage, ohms check, battery voltage check, OLED screen.

For juice, I like using Mt. Baker Vapor. Very good prices and his juices don't taste perfumy or chemical to me. I've tried a few different juice vendors and he's been the best:
Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes, USA made E Juice, and Accessories

Use coupon code ecf for 10% off his juice as well.

Here's a couple of pics of the Vamo (eGo APV) next to a Zmax to give you an idea:

Wow, cheers guys super helpful!
What battery would you recommend putting in them? The man in the video complained about most batteries not fitting correctly.

Also the Mt Baker juices look fantastic, very good price especially with that discount. Hows the shipping times and how much would you recommend i purchase for a good 2-3 months supply? Kind of hard to keep track of how much i smoke as i smoke rollies but probably a 15-20 a day guy.

Also any flavours that taste like port royal? because that's what i'm used to and enjoy.

Hi and Welcome to ECF :) Good to see another kiwi. The is a kiwi forum that may help you.

KiwiVapers.Com • Index page

I second what kiwivap has told you about the Vamo which I am currently using, the only problem is the battery cost at start up once over that then it is pretty easy.

Woot! :) How are you finding the Vamo Yves? I took mine out in 18350 mode today and was pleased with it. Been using it at home over the weekend a lot in full size as well.

I use AW IMRs. You need a high drain battery for this. I already had some and picked up a couple more from Naked Vapor - a bit pricey but genuine AW IMRs. Yves might chime in on this one with an option too. Don't use protected batteries - IMRs have safer chemistry for this APV.
