That is what I currently use with some random tank from the vape shop.
I also have a Blacksmith mech mods and an Origin mech. Neither have batteries or tanks.

Right now I use a Ktech nano with an Atlantis V1. It works pretty well. I get pretty good flavor with certain juices but I feel like it's lacking a bit in the cloud department no matter what juice or settings I use.
I vape maybe 50-70 times throughout the day (individual hits, not sessions). Sometimes I'll pick it up and just give 3-4 goods rips but I usually like to hang out on the porch and vape. When I'm hanging out on the porch I'll hit it maybe 10-15 times before I set it down for awhile. The setup I have know is good for grab-and-go vaping but I'd like bigger/thicker clouds when I'm hanging out on the porch.
I also like the idea of being able to custom build and fine tune everything once I get more experienced.
