Hey everyone, been vaping since September of 2012, I just never joined the forums here. I finally decided to make an account and join in on some discussion.

Anyone who reads this and is from the east coast of Canada, be sure to leave your favourite vape shops and their websites so I can check them out! I just recently discovered www.eastcoastvape.ca and am hoping to make an order tonight. Does anyone know what their flavouring is like? Will I be safe to not get any flavour shots in my juices? I'm hoping to make them one of my main go-to websites for all my vaping needs, hopefully it works out since they're only a province away and shipping should be speedy!

I started vaping on some eGo C Twists and some Kanger clearos, they got me off cigarettes and that was great, but I quickly got bored with them and moved on. I picked up an eVic and loved it, it was great! I ended up breaking the control head on that and didn't want to spend $80+ just to replace that so I said forget it and I bought a Provari v2.5. One of the greatest vapes I've ever owned, it's so reliable and consistent, absolutely no complaints. After that, I picked up an MVP v2 and shortly after I ended up ordering a Nemesis clone as well because I wanted a mechanical mod to mess around with.

I currently use ProTanks and a Russian 91% clone and they are great, I rebuild my own heads for the ProTanks because it gives me better flavour and vapor, couldn't be happier with them, they're perfect for when I'm out and about. If You want to see my setups, you can go to my profile and you should be able to see the couple pictures I uploaded of them.

That's all for now I guess, cheers everyone!

Welcome and glad you decided to join the forum. I checked out your gear and it is very nice. I recently bought a Provari and love it too. Sounds like you truly enjoy vaping and I look forward to reading your posts.

Thank you for the welcome and thank you for checking out my pictures. I'm very much interested in vaping and enjoy it a lot. I was the first person in my area to dive into this kind of vaping, other people who had heard about it only knew about the "cig-alike" vaporizers at gas stations (they have no nicotine where I'm from). So I was glad to take the leap and then show other people how enjoyable vaping could really be. I converted a few friends and in turn they managed to convert a few people as well. It felt good to show people that there was a good alternative to smoking that didn't require them to go through such horrible withdraws.

My next step is going to be making my own e-liquid, I'm not sure when I will start as it is a little expensive to start the process, but I'm sure it will happen in the near future. Especially with all of these bans coming into effect; scary stuff.

I heard the ANTZ were a no-show at the Nova Scotia Lung Association E-cig Workshop there this last week.

Welcome to ECF.

I heard they were a no show too, I didn't see much about it but I remember hearing they didn't show up. Not sure of the reasoning behind it. Hopefully no outrageous bans come my way (wishful thinking) but if they do, I hope I'm still able to get gear and juice without being hassled. It bothers me a lot that e-cigarettes are being put in such a negative place. It makes no sense to me. They say we shouldn't be using them because we aren't sure of the effects, yet we know the horrible effects of cigarettes and the government allows those to be sold to us. It's ridiculous.

Thank you to everyone else who has welcomed me to the forum, appreciate it!

Cheers

You can add a banner to your 'Signature' that's generated by any number of websites. I think the one I used for my 'quit smoking' banner' (which I just replaced btw) can be found at:

http://www.ecigalternative.com/quit-counter/quit-smoking-banner.php

You generate a code for the banner, then add it to your signature at Settings->Signature.

Can I ask how you got that "QUIT" signature Glenn? I'd really like to put that as my signature as well if you don't mind, it looks like and has the kind of info I like seeing, lol. Look at all that money!!

From what I understand, the ANTZ didn't want to debate the hundred or so vape advocates that were expected to show up.

    The truth hurts their cause.

This might sound juvenile, but if they can't be bothered to show up for the debate, then they shouldn't be supporting e-cigarette bans. It's simply ridiculous as it is, why would people want to take something away from others when it works so well. So many smokers have given up tobacco with the help from vaporizers, it's unreal how our government treats its people. It's like they forgot who they're working for, they shouldn't be siding with the tobacco industry and pharmacy's, they should be fighting for our rights.

It`s sickening how things work, it makes me mad to see the anti-vaping articles.
