Welcome to the forum Tim. I've used LT Ecigs quite a bit for liquids (very reasonably priced) and I've heard that onepoundeliquid aren't bad, particularly for the price (£1) - both these are on Chrissie's link

E-liquid and prices? Hmm. That's my sort of thing.
Are you going for zero nicotine, because from 2016 there won't be many e-liquids on sale, and what will be available will be
1. limited flavours
2. very, very expensive and
3. controlled by tobacco companies.
Becoming self-sufficient might be the only way. I'm about 12-18 months ahead of the game.
(although I have 300ml on the way from Hangsen Tobacco (China) to add to my DIY supplies..)
