Lurked for years. I build stuff. Done bikes and one DIY mod. banned from the MOUTH TO LUNG VAPERS facebook group for voicing my opinion... guess if you have an opinion that differs from the general group opinion you get banned... or maybe some admins or users are PC, sensitive wussy types that get offended easily and report others...

I'm interested in DIY mods, 3d printing. I do MTL. settled on the sxk doggy with a simple .6 ohm coil and mech mod.

I built my own 5v regulated mod last year when I was waiting on batteries. was lucky to find a threaded part with the same 808 thread and a thru hole... think it came off some mixte bicycle chainring or something...

Hi and welcome to ECF. I think you'll find a fairly friendly environment here, as long as staying within the rules format. Even if you kind of suck at it at first (I did) well, I got friendly reminders and overall, ECF is a fine place to be with lots of knowledgeable folks happy to help you out.

Yup those are your regular junky 9v Duracell’s. 1s2p into a 5v regulator. It still worked two days later when I got my cigalike batteries! And I remember thinking daaamm this thing hits way better than the little batteries! I had started on migcig 4.2v regulated batts with the .9ml clearos. I just filled one up the other day in a wave of nostalgia and there is no flavor, no comparison at all to my rta.
