Hello from the Cincinnati/Dayton Ohio area!

Hi all!

just started back vaping a little over a month ago - used to use a 510 cigalike for over a year several years ago. technology wasn't what it was two years ago, and the early commercial attempts at a tank system left me cold, so i went back to the analogs.

i'm back now, and loving where things have gone! just got my vamo yesterday, and my juices all taste better with a nicer power source. now i have a vamo, two twists, 8-10 iClears, a vivi nova large tank, and some sort of cartomizer tank someone gave me. still have my old eGo style battery from a previous setup that had some weird syringe-filled tank system that leaked more than vaped (which caused me, along with other factors) to quit vaping a couple years ago.

looking forward to doing more than just lurking these forums! thanks to all for all the previous advice over the past several months you didn't even know you were giving me!

thanks for the welcome. i actually live just north of cincinnati and work in miamisburg, so i drive past springboro twice a day, VF111. been to vaporcast in centerville a couple times - that's where i went to get started vaping this time around. some of their juice is pretty good, but components just slightly pricy - expected, i guess, to keep a B&M running. wanting to get to the east side of cinci to check out the new altsmoke store soon. three months ago, no one at work was vaping - now there's a half dozen or more, so it's cool to have others around to talk vape with face to face!

Welcome back to vaping! Glad you were able to return. It's such a wonderful alternative to sucking on those nasty analogs. I often wonder how I did it for so long. LOL

I really get homesick for that area, maybe it's always home if you spend your childhood there. Here in Boston we have very few stores, I don't know why, the few places that are here are very pricey. I just started DIY and I love it, cost is low and I don't have to pour it down the sink like a lot of the ones I've got from vendors. Good Luck with everything!

yeah i know what you mean, VF111 - i've lived in the cinci area just about my entire life, so for me, sometimes i want to get away, but you're right - it is definitely home. i so want to start DIYing my own juice. me and a friend from work have been talking about it, so perhaps it will happen soon... thanks for the well-wishes!
