Congratulations!

I can tell you that the majority of us on here have quit smoking with vaping. I was a heavy smoker and after trying every method out there without success, vaping finally got me off of cigarettes, so you can do it.

One thing you'll want to consider when you stop cigarettes all together is having a back up set up. Maybe stop into a vape shop and see what suits you. In the meantime, good luck!

Welcome and glad you joined.
If you like your vape gear and have no complaints about it, then it is the perfect kit for you. However, if you find you do not like any aspect, I'm sure someone will be pleased to help guide you to a better vaping solution. The main thing to remember is, part of vaping is all about you the vaper, being in control and the freedom to fix/tailor any aspect of vaping you feel you need to improve upon. You are in control.

Hello & welcome. If you're just getting into vaping you're lucky to be in the UK. The United Kingdom seems to be ahead of the curve for descent products, medical tests, acceptance and quality standards. You don't have to worry about purchasing juices with diacetyl (as it's completely banned) and since the juice can only be sold in 10 ml increments, you don't have to worry about getting stuck with 60 ml of something you may not like.

The Vaptio solo is a decent little e-cig. (IF that's what you bought)
A pod system that allows you to refill is SO much better than a non-refillable rip-off system or old fashioned cartomizer (cartridge) system.

A larger e-cig with replaceable heads (coils) in the tanks will make more vapor, which you might enjoy. However, an 18mg liquid in a pod system is enough... that's what I use when I am not making enormous custard flavor clouds.

18mg at 8 watts (that's the power and therefore vapour of your e-cig) is basically the same as 6mg at 24 watts. I do both.

I even do 6 or 12mg at 50 watts when I need a real strong hit.
I've also vaped 3mg at 100 watts... but that's another story altogether.

I have all types of devices and all strengths of liquid. After a few years, you can mix and match. I never feel short of nicotine. I sometimes overdo it... I admit.

I did accidentally vape 18mg at 68 watts once. That was a bit mad...
