Hi, welcome to ECF. I don't own that tank, but if it's new and it's some sort of electrical fault, I would suggest warrantying it as Eskie suggested. I hope you find a good solution. Even if I could (I can't) I don't really enjoy trying to "repair" a new mod, as that can sometimes lead to trouble down the line, after the warranty has expired.

Definitely contact the vendor and get help or contact vaporesso directly and send them pictures of the problem and see if they can help you.

There may be many causes for this type of problem.
Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
