I am looking for the cheapest possible price on ejuice for 10ml bottles online from a usa vendor i dont care if they are Dekang or Hanseng i just need to compare the quality of these low priced liquids to the top shelf ones.

What are you trying to find out? Hangsen and Dekang taste completely different to any other e-liquid. Compare lemon or strawberry etc. to US or UK made and making an comparison is impossible.
I vape plenty of both, but when you say quality, do mean mean quality or taste or enjoyment?
It sounds like I'm up for an argument, but I am genuinely interested.
I dont use either of those, but I know madvapes carries them cheap - not sure about cheapest.
I was just going to suggest Madvapes. That was one of my all time favorite cheap e liquid vendors. The Top Vapor line is pretty cheap and alright. Mount Baker Vapor has some good prices on e liquid as well.
