Hey guys! God, I missed you!!!
As most of you know, my phone was damaged last week. I took it in to the Sprint store to be fixed and they just nailed the coffin! Mainly by handing me the charging port taped to my receipt
So since our customers who need support and what not our email inbox was seriously flooded daily and you guys know cheap one-liners is something I don't do
I just pulled up a random day to count the messages in the inbox and have tallied up 66 for just the 22nd alone. I just want you guys to know that I'm sorry for the MIA on the forums but I'm sure that I had your back in emails. If any of you weren't responded to please let me know because I believe I'm all caught up now.
There's some news that I have to give you guys. This will go into a newsletter to ensure everyone reads it.
Ok 1st PLEASE CASH IN YOUR REWARD POINTS!!!
This has been a long time coming and we're officially moving to a different Commerce provider!
To whom may ask? Our Own! We're going to stick with the hosting service we already had and am going to put
it to good use! Pretty much where we call the shots and can enable many more features and abilities to
give you more options. We're also changing the entire store as it will need a makeover. We have an excellent
developer who has proved beyond beleif on how much talent he has. So far we're in the testing and development stages
and hope to launch on APRIL 10th. However a better image, heightened security, more user/Admin options, and an overall
even better experience does come at a price that we both have to pay unfortunately.
1.I'm going to have to manually copy all of the customer reviews
2. All reward points will be lost and will have to begin anew
3. Customer account information will have to begin anew as well.
We have received 3 major shipments this week and have 2 more currently in transit. Be on the look out for the Newsletter today. All orders made in regards to this update MAY not go out today as I need to run over to Philly to drop off supplies for Rob over at LiquidXpress for the Vapefest this weekend. I'm not sure if I'm going to make it back to partake this weekend because of all the orders that will be coming in.
