Hello. My Mom just decided to quit smoking and wanted to try electronic cigarettes and I went with her to the vape shop. It was very interesting and I've been learning a little about vaping and I would definitely recommend it to people who smoke. I am trying to learn as much as I can, so I know what i'm talking about when I recommend it to my family and friends.

I was told about Virgin Vapor on here and I was intrigued by the organic side of it, as I have been into organic foods and I know how bad added chemicals can be for your body. I am still trying to learn what the big difference is between vegetable glycerine, and that other thing Propolyne Glycol. I had a hard time deciding whether to get my Dad the Turkish Coffee 100% VG mix, or the 50/50. He might also start vaping, and I want to get juice that is healthier for them, but I also want to make sure they like it and get a good throat hit.

So can anyone give their opinions on the difference between virgin vapor 100%VG mix and the 50/50? And what should my argument be when I am telling my Mom to vape this organic virgin liquid instead of that other stuff from the local shop? She's more likely to stay with the local stuff if it's cheaper or whatever, so I might have to just buy her a sample pack...

Also, I had a problem with my order and thought it would be ok to mention it again here just to be safe... I sent an email earlier today, but I know Virgin Vapor is small and busy, and might not see the email in time. I made a mistake and put the wrong street name on my shipping address for my order. So I hope the email gets noticed before it gets shipped. I look forward to ordering more juices from virgin vapor if my Mom and Dad like them.

vvvvv: Your lucky you found Virgin Vapor so early in the process!!! I was vaping for 1.5 yrs before I found them (just over a month ago) and they have far superior juices that any of the dozen other vendors I have tried.

The main difference reported between VG and PG is: VG gives more vapor but slightly muted flavor. PG: More throat hit less vapor-hope that helps.
Main difference between between cheaper juices and VV is the real flavor. Cheaper juices taste like just that. Example, when you buy cheap chocolcate versus the good stuff, or fruit candy flavors where its fake tasting versus more real fruit.

One additional piece of information-some of the juices taste better after sitting for a week or so to let the flavors really mix into the mix. What flavors did you order?

Hello. Well, i'm glad that guy on here recommended them. I could tell right away that they were a good choice. Thank you very much for the response. I was kind of figuring that stuff out, but I wasn't sure. I ordered my Dad some Turkish Coffee 50/50 24mg because he is a heavy non filter smoker and I thought he would like the taste and get a good throat hit. I will continue to order his juice from Virgin Vapor as long as I can afford it and if he wants to continue vaping. I am willing to pitch in for their vapeing supplies bcuz I know how much healthier they are than cigarettes. I just hope it's not way more expensive then the other stuff, but I haven't looked into that yet. I would like to start ordering my Mom's juices from VV also, but she's more likely to go for the lower priced cheap stuff at the shop over the flavor and health I think. I am going to order her second Ego Twist, replacement heads, and a sampler through VV though. Hopefully she will think the extra price is worth it... I'm just assuming it costs more, i'm not sure... You don't look that bad for a "smoker" by the way lol...

LOL Well I was a smoker for almost 10 years and quit. I have now been vaping for a year and a half. I would recommend trying a variety in the sampler pack to see what your mom likes...a fruit, a sweet, and a maybe a mint flavor? I havea sample of the Turkish coffee that came this week, I am trying to wait a week to try it out though.

vvvvv, my younger sister (the one that turned me on to vaping in the first place) was the die-hardest of die-hard smokers that ever lived (well, except for my mom :) ) and she actually quit using 280 mAh 808 sticks and cheap juice. I followed in her footsteps with cheap 808's and cheap juice (but did not quit smoking real cigs, just cut back a lot). On a whim, I tried VV. WOW! What a difference from the cheap juices and their artificial colors and sweeteners! I was hooked on my first taste...I shared with my sister...and now she won't vape anything but VV Double Espresso. For me, it wasn't "organic" that hooked me, it was the purity of the flavors, especially without the artificial sweeteners.

Anyhoo, I didn't mean to make this about "ME"...it's all just to say...give your mom some time. It's wonderful that she's even trying, and every cig she doesn't smoke because of vaping is a small victory. It takes some people longer than others. Some people are able to stop cigs with their first vape, others take longer. Some quit with cheap gear and cheap juice, some people need the best gear and high quality juice. Patience, grasshopper, you're doing great! :)
