I've been off clove "cigars" for close to two months now after 12 or so years with them, and it's been great. No desire to pick a pack up again, it's like they don't exist anymore. I also seem to have gotten a good bit of my sense of smell back, which is a nice surprise.
My e-smoking equipment has steadily been getting more and more powerful, and I'm currently enjoying cheaper ego-sized gear. Kanger T0 is my current favorite. I'm happy with it, but I've ordered my first inexpensive tank, since people seem to rave about them. The mod batteries are still way too big of a step for me in terms of price and size.
To be honest, I wasn't ever a good smoker. I could only smoke cloves, probably because of the eugenol, and I wouldn't say I could ever really smoke them 'right.' This has carried over to my vaping as well. I cough a lot and it's probably just a flaw in how I'm built. I've been debating trying eugenol in my fluid--I've only found one place that adds it, and they add it to their clove flavor, which is a taste I'm somewhat over now that I have so many better options.

, you might be able to help your cough out by trying different pg/vg ratios though. Everyones different, but high vg tends to tickle my lungs, could be a factor.
