Johnny who? Just kidding - welcome! I'm going to try and modd a Boge Revolution from needle to tube feed first. Then I'll stalk the Woodvil VV but I sure wouldn't say no to a Billet Box
Go to vapor alley and buy a sigelei zmax for 65 bucks and get some kanger protanks to top it. The zmax is as well built as the provari for a fraction of the price, and it has variable wattage and an oled screen which makes it a better PV than the provari. Don't be like a lot of people on here with buyers remorse for overspending for a lesser device, the provari, and than tell everyone else to get one so they don't feel so bad.
Bullette the REO fan checking in.
Hello there Johnny Cash. Glad to see ya here.
The way I see this REO vs Billet Box is really darn simple:
REO is strictly mechanical. No wires. No chips. Kinda like a Model T. Simple to understand. Simple to repair. (Though I've had mine for 6 months & I have not needed to repair anything.)
The Billet Box is high tech in comparison to the REO. It is like a Porsche. Sleek. Complicated. Everything needs to work just right. Not as forgiving as the REO.
I've read quite a bit about the BB but I do not own one. I own a REO mini 2.0. Haven't used anything else since I received it.
Check out the REO sub forum here @ ECF. Reos Mods
Happy vaping. You're gonna be very satisfied with a bottom feeder of your choice.
The vmax and zmax are 2 different mods, I would suggest the zmax v2. That one has 510 and ego threading. The reo just has 510. If you like the box mod the reo is nice if you want a tube the zmax is a great mod. The ego threading isn't that big a deal it's just nice to have more options but shouldn't be a deal breaker. Thanks for the info. Ahhhh decisions decisions. Looking seriously at the Reo since simplicity is what I'm looking for and I really like the box form factor.
Would both the Vmax and the Reo accept the same type of delivery system? I obviously have a lot of reading to do yet.
I appreciate the help everyone and yes that song is stuck in my head as well.
Ok I've purchased a DCT tank and don't find this much better than the clearmizers I was using before. When I use the vv batteries I purchased it works great but the batteries die fast and the cartos seem to burn out awfully fast.
The cartos are 2 ohm and the battery goes from 3 to 6 volts. I've been at 4.7 lately and like the hit I get. I'm only getting a few days out of the cartos and a few hours out of the batteries. Is this normal?
I would really like a more hassle free vape and would especially like it in the form of a vv box mod. Preferably with the tank inside the box and something I can use all day.
