Hello new here problems question

Just started up with the epen products, here's my problem , I bought an aspire 1600, was having problems with the charger, meaning when charging the red light always stays on, but it is charging somewhat, took it back, they changed out the charger twice, same problem, then they changed out the battery to a kangor evod 1600, took it home, used the charger, green light came on, like its suppose to, then after a few days the red light always stays on after leaving over 4 hours to charge, clean everything. I'm in my car all day for work and use this thing all day long but this product does not last all day for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Larry

I started out with the simple devices recently as well. I have found the cheap batteries to only last about 300 puffs or so. I have had an issue with one charger that would also always stay red, I exchanged the charger and the same issue persisted. It turned out that the battery was a dud. I also have an evod 1200 mAh battery that doesn't have power to fire anything over a small plastic epen style cartomizer. It sounds like you are using quality batteries, so the last thing to check is your power source to the charger. Are you using a USB block? If so, try using another one that outputs 500mAh. Perhaps if you give it too much power like the 2000mAh iPad chargers, you may be overloading the circuitry or perhaps your wall USB dongle is defective???

Try an MVP 2...on a full charge it will last me the entire day and I chain vape most of the time.

Welcome to ECF! MVP2 is a wonderful starting mod and relativly cheap 40 bucks give or take.

Yeah I'd go with the MVP 2. I've just got one and I chain vape most of the time as I was a heavy smoker. My MVP2 is on its second full day and still going strong. Not had to charge it yet. That's even better than I get out of my Eleaf iStick which will last me all day but not two.

The MVP2 is where I jumped to (week 1) from the eGo types. 101vapes.com has them at 39.99. It REALLY pays to shop around. Brick and Mortar (B&M) stores have higher prices and less selection, I have found, so I only go to try juices and chat.

There are other options, also. The box mods tend to have a large internal battery that you plug in like a cell phone for charging. I got two so that if one broke, I wasn't tempted to smoke. Also, while one is charging I use the other.
