X6 1300 Mah battery not working correctly

Hi my name is erik.
My problem is that every time I charge my x6 battery, the USB cable stays orange, the charger itself stays red and the light on the battery also stays red. The battery is charging and always lasts me throughout the day but I never know when it is fully charged, how do I resolve the issue.

Does the light on the battery change colors when you unplug it from the charger and adjust the voltage? If no, you probably have a bad battery. If yes, you probably have a bad charger. Those things aren't user serviceable. Other than figuring out which is bad and replacing it, I have no idea how it can be fixed; and it would probably cost more to fix it, if this can be done, than a new one is worth.

Nite. The x6 does not have a spring loaded 510 and may have been pushed down snd is no making proper connection.

Someone posted how to lift up the 510.

See if you can find it and see if that solves the issue.

If it lasts throughout the day, I would not be overly concerned. When charging, I would put the unit in a protective environment (bag/box/cement,no flammables area) and try not to leave it unattended. Might check with the manufacture or vendor(s) to see if there is a fix and get their feed back. Sounds like a faulty PCA (printed circuit assembly).
