Hello, new to the world of vapor, help with 51 duo

I recently bought my first e-cigarette, and I really like this method of smoking much better than fire sticks. I have a smoke51 duo, not what I wanted at first, I will be getting a joye 510 ASAP as its got the least problems according to my research. My 51 has an issue with with burnt cartomizers... yuck. Is there any real atty's and refillable cartridges that will work with my 51 batteries? any way to convert it to a 3 peace system? Adapter to use 510 atty since I plan on switching to the 510? I really like the batteries, they last a long time. but I hate the cartidges.. they burn on the first few puffs.

Also are the joye 510 batteries(manual) sealed? I want to be able to drip, none of the suppliers I checked mention if there sealed.

I looked at that, it wasn't specific as to what model 51 it is, does the treo and duo use the same battery? if so I can just order a treo atty and cartridges when I order my 510, use the 510 as my main, and the other for trying new flavors.

My first e-cig was a "the fifty one" duo. I had the opposite experience. Loved the cartos in coffee and chocolate, hated the battery life. Even with two batteries I ended up waiting for batts to charge.

I returned it to where I bought it and ordered a 510. Now I'm 4 1/2 months cigarette free.

I did not find it compatible with any other e-cig. There may be one, but I didn't find it.
A good machinist could make you an adapter to go from anything to anything, but there isn't one available that I know of, and having one made will probably be expensive.

You will be much happier with your 510, and that will probaly lead you to the 901, which will lead you to something else. (I still use my 510 frequently.)
In the end, you'll eventualy probably find your way to one of the mods, (most of us do in search of the perfect vape), or you'll end up hooked on modding and making your own battery mods. Its all a process.

Regaurdless, be thankfull to "The Fifty One" for getting you into PVs. We all have our firsts, and they are generaly not what we settle with.

I pretty much agree with what KarrMcDebt said. Once you get the 510 your other PV is going to go into the desk drawer. IF you get the 510 and still have the same questions, ask again.

well I havent been hacking my lungs out every morning.. thats a good thing, and I can ride my bike up these hills without getting tired.. no more granny gear for me.. LOL

I will never light another fire stick again. Im going to go hit the trails and torture my bike some more. Other than the occasional burnt cartomizer I like the 51.. gives good vapor and satisfies better than normal ciggy. I want a 510 because its refillable with juice and you can get mods with huge batteries - great for those long bike trips away from an outlet, cartomizers are kinda spendy.

Just out of curiosity, is there a mod out there that takes standard AA batteries? I have a ton of AA NiMh batteries laying around.
