We have one in the UK.

....it is best used as an emergency supply of paper in the toilet.

Funded and run by the e-cig industry it is an excuse for companies with too much money and power to promote their products over exactly the same products, sometimes sold for half the price from independent vaping supplies.

Got to love the e-cig world.
