My name is Chris, I live in Summerville, SC.

I recently ordered the following from FSUSA:

-KR808D-1 kit
-(10) empty cartomizers

And 3 mL samples of the following flavors:
-RY4
-RY5
-Menthol Ultra
-New/port
-American Spirt
-Pall/Mall
-Cappuccino Smooth
-Cherry Cola

I have never had an e-cig, and I am a pack a day of Marlboro Blue(menthol) smoker.

I did a little research and am hoping that this is a good place to start.

Any thoughts on which flavor to start with?

Welcome to ECF! You did good. FSUSA is, by far, my favorite supplier of pre-mixed juices - great flavors & excellent service. I can't comment on the KR808D, since I've not used that hardware, but there are many here who swear by it.

I just got my KR808D from Vapor4Life and I really like it. Not a lot of insane vapor like you see off the 6v mods, but I'm satisfied with it. Good battery life, and the passthrough is really nice too. If you have or will get a passthrough, make sure that you pay attention because the passthroughs tend to run at 5v vs the 3.7v of the batteries and because of that they'll heat a bit higher, drying out your carto faster.

If you check back here, I'd really love to hear your opinion of the American Spirit.

Also, when reffering to battery life for these devices, what does the 3 hour battery life exactly mean?

Does it mean 3 hours continous smoking, or 3 hours of total life including standby or non-use time?
