Just thought I would join the ecig forums to be able to speak with like-minded people now that I have decided to drop the analogs and switch to vaping. I had been smoking a pack/pack and a half a day for something like 10 years (which is odd, considering I'm only 22). But, I found over the years that I wasn't particularly addicted to the tobacco as I could go a few weeks without them in my attempts to quit without even really having a craving. However, without nicotine, I wasn't a very pleasant person to be around and my family couldn't handle it. Therefore, I would go back to smoking to satiate them. Whilst at work a few weeks ago, I seen several of my coworkers vaping and it was the oddest thing as I didn't even know it existed to be honest. I knew about the disgusting cig-a-likes and such, but not about pvs, apvs, mods, etc. I became enthralled by it, honestly, as soon as I got home that night I began researching it. Last Friday, I decided I wanted to go ahead and get a pv after researching for about a week. Decided to go with a kit that was on viper vape (the kangertech evod twist & protank 2 mini). I also ordered some juice from MBV and was set. Unfortunately, viper vape sent me what appeared to be an already opened and possibly used kit (they're in the process of "making it right"). However, I went out and bought a new protank 2 mini and decided to use the battery that was sent in the kit (the protank 2 mini in the kit was cracked and the battery they sent was a normal evod). So far, I'm absolutely loving it. I've not had a single craving for an analog and after fooling with the stock coils a bit, my setup hits plenty hard for me currently. In the near future, however, I plan to purchase an MVP 2 for the better taste/vapor/vv/vw and so that I can use the ohm checker to begin rebuilding my own coils. The way I've figured it up, as long as nothing breaks and such and I can make a bottle of ejuice last me at least 3 days, I'm spending less than I was smoking analogs and it's far healthier to boot. Easily a win.
Apologies if this thread is a bit long, but I figured I would tell my "story". I do not plan to ever go back to analogs as I am completely satiated by vaping.
