Is the PayPal verification working now?

I don't know...I got verified a while back, so I couldn't tell you if something's wrong or not. I thought that was the only way you could become verified, having your paypal linked with your bank account, and also having the same e-mail address for your paypal that you have registered for ECF.

I checked and the Paypal verification is still unavailable. Been down for a while. You can also get verified by EBay, vouch, or by notarized form. I am waiting for Paypal as that is my only option as of now
