Jeremy, you must be tall and thin to get a spontaneous pneumothorax! I mostly see them in young, tall, thin men, & if they happen once they will probably happen again. However, I don't know too much about "blebs" on lungs, it's not something we deal a whole lot with in the ER.

Welcome to ECF!! Have fun!

Get your 5 posts, there are a lot of people on here that have stuff they aren't using. I'm sure someone will help you out. I'd offer you my old kit but, my wife is sneaking it now. You might want to talk this over with your doctor. I'm pretty sure that it's better than smoking but, given your history...

Hi,
I am a newbie from Singapore. I have been smoking for the past 35 years and trying to quit but to no avail. But now I am trying e-cigarette and managed to cut down from 2 packets a day to half a packet(10 cigarette). I need more advice from veterans to this forum to help me further.

53 year smoker here, what I found helped me was smoke 1 or 2 analogs in the morning and then use vape all day and maybe 1 before I went to bed. Finally just quit really wanting to cough when I smoked one and quit analogs altogether.

No where is it written that you have to quit smoking if you start vaping. Many people have quit but there are many of us who still smoke a couple real ones a day. I figure any cig you don't smoke is a plus for your health, so don't beat your self up if you still cave to the craving. I still smoke but look at my signature line--that's alot of cigarettes I said "no" to!

Your welcome! I should have noticed your post count when I linked you. Hope you score!! :)

Hey Unsure :)

Treasure Chest is where people post things they want to give away. In this case we'd consider this an "emergency need" and those go through a PIF mod (any PIF mod, doesn't have to be me, but certainly can be :)). Lox found his post and got it worked out though. So, yay new vaper! ;)
