OP, that is too hard to say. There are too many different types. If I had to pick one I would say prob the eGo brand.

With us, it is very bad with GG, GGts, Ody.
And of course also much from America.
I think Germany is produced not so much

Welcome , but there are lots of PV's available (personal vaporizers) Reo's , Provari's , all the different GG's ( golden greek ) , Saber touches , Silver Bulett , and the list goes on and on . I happen to have all of these , and they all have their good , and bad points . In my opinion , the GG , is a very well engineered , all mechanical P.V But then the Provari , is also very well made , and as a VV ( varible voltage ) device it has it's strong points as well ...... I guess it really depends on what is available to you in Germany . There are a lot of European Mods / PV's that are fairly common , in your part of the planet . Zenisis , Orion , Galileo, etc . So a very large selection . Good luck in finding one , or several , to suit your needs .

The problem with us is anything like me never available.
I would have liked to get what GG, Zenesis, or RTA but impossible in Germany.

I believe there are no problems with customs.
But I find nothing what is available.
GG sold out RTA sold out
Zenesis sold out
And I like only self winder
