Hello Forum, just wanted to introduce myself. I have been smoke free for 2 weeks :headbang:and have been a pack a day smoker for 13+ years. It was a easy transition with the help with my star dust with my ego twist with 24mg nic. I do not plan on looking back!! Thanks to the forum on many questions and the info provided. I currently have both of my parents experimenting with vapes.
E vic looks like will be my vape to come, any owners of the new device?

Welcome! Congrats! You're set to get the hot, new thing right from the get go, rather than starting off with tiny stick batteries like so many of us (lucky!). I can't imagine you won't love whichever vv upgrade you choose. But for down the line, when that device starts feeling lonely, I would like to say that the addition of a reo bottom-feeder, as well, kept this former chain-smoker on the wagon. If you do get that evic, come back and post a review. I think the perspective of brand new vapers, along side that of our wonderful veterans, like PBusardo is really useful. Good luck with your folks!

Welcome! I'd suggest you hold off on the Evic right now. It's a neat device, with a lot of potential. But it has a lot of new technology and from the reviews and reports I've been reading, a few problems as well. There are several on here that have it, some are working great, some are having issues with updating the software, on seems to have burnt the screen and two have seem to become "bricked" already.
I think it will be a neat device, in time, but I'd hate to get a new user started with something buggy and potentially problematic out the gate and leave a bad taste in their mouth!
Maybe start with an EGO VV, or the tried and true Vmax (about the same price, just not as glitzy or as many features) to get your feet wet, then when the Evic get's sorted out, pick one of them up and keep the other for a back up? Bach ups are good to have for sure!

Welcome. I am new here and still trying to get hold of my first ecig.

Welcome, what are you looking for? Any idea's on size, money, how much effort you want to put into it?
