Hello, I've been lurking in the forums for a few years now, just joined.

A few years ago, I tried ecigs and had an awful experience. Because i was puffing on it for so love I got nicotine poisoning, but they were able to keep me from smoking for 2 weeks. Now its time to try again since the technology has improved as well as the flavors.

Welcome to ECF and congratulations for climbing back on the vaping wagon. I'm sorry you had such an awful experience with vaping previously but you are right about the technology having improved for the better. There are also a plethora of wonderful juice vendors from which to choose.

Well the juice hasn't changed, buy from a reputable vendor and listen to your body if you feel the nicotine hitting hard. GL on round 2!

Welcome back to vaping and ECF. Hopefully take 2 goes better for ya. You can always get a lower level nicotine juice if you like chain vaping as a lot of us do.

The first time i got an ecig from a mall vendor, and the lowest juice that i could find was 12mg. no VG was available. going to try a 90%vg or a 50%vg @ 6mg this time and prolly cut it with some 0mg as well

I remember a couple years ago people feeling ill from mall vendor product. Im not so sure someone could od from 12mg nic. that is considered on the low side. but, I could be wrong. good luck

nic isnt required at all, i plan to step down over time.

i think it may have been the fact that i smoke ultralights and the normal nic level in those is about 5mg. in addition to the fact that i couldnt put it down and was constantly vaping. nice to see that there are many more options now tho. I just ordered an itaste MVP. hell of a step up from a battery that lasted about an hour at best in the one i had before.

Might I suggest getting several clearomizers to have available to switch throughout the day, so that you could use a zero or very low juice when you just need to vape, then easily swap in a higher nic one for the cravings.
