Hi, Im new to the forum. Just want to say hi, and thanks for having so much information on the site to look through. I would like to put a signature on my profile, like others, with the link to a smoke free banner. I dont know how though.

You need to have at least 15 posts ( and then it will take a few hours for the system to update) then you can go to settings at top of page and then Edit signature - if you want to get a cigs avoided counter you can just right click on one you like in the different posts and open link in a new window, fill out the info, submit and then copy and paste the url it returns in your signature - there are some limits on your signature though - size wise

The simplest way to do it is to click on a banner you like--and make it your own. But you need more posts, like Jim said. You can practice in the Sandbox, very bottom of the main page.
