Just started vaping about a month now. I've been reading the forums for a little bit before joining. Lots of good info! My current hardware is the usual noob setup - ego twist with kanger protank 2 mini. I'm a former social smoker so vaping 0 Nic just to satisfy the "hand to mouth."

If you start getting that urge to smoke again you may want to have some juice on hand with nicotine in it. Start with something low.... maybe 6 to 12 mg.... then work your way to zero. Now that advice is if you ever get a craving for a cigarette only!! Otherwise stay nic free!!

Thank you I will look those up. I have only ordered from two companies so far - vapor bomb and Mt Baker. Both of those have maybe one flavor that I like. I'm discovering drink flavors are hard to find. My dr pepper juice is horrible lol. Any suggestions on soft drink flavors?
