Yeah, just stick to vaping related discussion and don't promote a non-forum registered supplier and you should be fine.
I haven't been vaping, I'm having a terrible time getting supplies. The Japanese government have seen fit to make the vaping with nicotine solutions illegal, which is completely illogical as cigarettes, nicotine patches, gum and so forth are allowed, and non nicotine liquid too, but there you have it. I have heard that it's allowed to import a limited supply per month, but there doesn't seem to be much information on it.
Also it seems that customs are in one of their periodical "let's turn back everything from China" moods.

I'm one of those people who doesn't smoke during the day or when at home, but for some reason I can't stop myself when out boozing with my mates, recently an American friend had one of these e-cigs things and I found it gave me the same satisfaction cigarettes do.

Vaping is a great alternative to smoking! I have been vaping for 2 years, and I love it!
And yes, a nice tobacco-and-sweet flavored liquid is great when having a few drinks with friends
