I'm new here on the forum although I have been vaping almost 18 months after being a smoker for more than 15 years I never would have been able to quite if it weren't for vaping. So vaping truly has changed my life for the better and like many others vaping has become more of a hobby now than just a means to stop smoking, so many flavors, mods, rda's to try out and play with. Hope to learn more here and continue the hobby.

Hi MD! I'm with you....I've smoked for 20++++ years. Tried quitting a couple of years ago using the esticks, but I failed miserably. Decided to invest in a vaping kit and quitting has been not only a breeze, but a pleasure! I can't say enough great things about vaping.

Welcome to the family vaping is truly a godsend for most of us. The community though...that's what kept me vaping and not smoking. Best community I have found for anything, we are all here for one thing and that is to stay off of cigarettes and we are all here to help each other as we have all set the same general goals for ourselves.

Welcome! I agree with Ahoy. The community is amazing and so helpful to new users(me included). Helps a lot to know I have somewhere to go if I have questions or concerns so I am not tempted to give up and go back to analogs. Which even though it has only been a few days for me I wonder how I ever smoked analogs after vaping

I smoked for about 10 years. I've been vaping for about 3 months (smoke-free after getting a PV) and haven't even though of going back to analogs. I've also finally built up the balls to join the forum

Welcome! I've been smoke free since Oct 12th 2013 thanks to vaping. It's also become quite a hobby for me as well. I really enjoy vaping more than I did smoking and I'm glad I don't have to be going out in the 9 degree weather to smoke. Also, this is the best place you could be for support and TONS of knowledge when it comes to vaping!

You are right about that, if the majority of the people I'm around hadn't started vaping I would probably still be a smoker.
