I'm new as well and just wanted to say thanks for the generosity of this community to welcome new people and answer questions. I smoked unfiltered Camels for 28 years and haven't had one since I walked into the vape shop a couple weeks ago, and found this forum later that night.
One of the many questions I have is this:
I just switched to a metal tip because the simple plastic one I had broke. Unfortunately I feel like I'm just tasting the metal now and not the juice, which in my case is clove liquid in a dc cutie/ego c-twist. Am I likely to get used to the metal or should I switch it out for a better plastic tip?

Welcome aboard!! And congrats on the switch.... I smoked unfiltered Camels for quite some time, myself... I switched to vaping around 5 years ago and haven't looked back!
To answer your question, well.... it's subjective. If you don't like the metal one, get a new plastic one. There is also glass, TruStone, delrin, wood..... pretty much anything you can think of...
