Welcome to ECF! The Stickies (permanent posts with general info) are well worth reading.

This is one place to start. It is pretty much intended for completely new folks who want help getting started. One sub forum up is the general new members forum where you can ask just about any question. Either place is great for asking questions. Once you get your five posts in you can expand out to the many other sub forums. You can look around in the meantime, just can't post.

New members is a great place to ask questions, because a lot of very helpful people hang around to welcome you and answer your questions.

Oh, and to actually answer your navigation question, at the top of the page is a bar that shows Forum-> The E-Cigarette->New Members Forum-> Simple Solutions and if you click one level back (from here that would be New Members Forum) you are one level more general. If you go one level back from that (The E-Cigarette) you'll see a lot more areas, including general vaping, liquids, different hardware categories and some more specific categories. If you go one level back from there you are at Forum, where you can see even more categories, including News, Legislation, Social, etc.

Under each more general category there are more specific sub forums, but you'll always have that listing at the top to get you back a level or three. Lots and lots of good information and fu. Pokke around for a while. You can always click Forum to get back to the root.

When you get your basic posts in there is also a section for Canadian Vapers http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/canada-forum/ it is under the Community Forums.

Hi! I'm new to vaping, just a few weeks. I got disposable NJoy,Costco had them marked down because they are getting rid of them. I don't know where to go from here. I started because I wanted to use as an appetite suppressant. It works well! But I can't justify spending a lot of money. We are middle class poor. :} I like menthol, that's what I smoked years ago. Any suggestions?
