Bad luck.

The answer to this problem is called BVC.

Plenty of people will fight me on this (and they can have their opinion) but having used 32 different types of clearomiser, I can safely say BVC is KING!

..or a carto-tank.

..or a Kafun, if you want to get down and dirty, and larger than most.
