Hello everyone, my name is Emma but most call me Em's, I'm from Somerset, England.
I have never smoked but I used vaping to loose weight, since vaping I have lost 6 stone, instead of cakes and treats I just vaped dessert flavors.

Hi Emma and Welcome I am from Australia, I find it interesting that vaping has helped you loose weight, then considering that a vape is; if you use Nicotine; an alternative Nicotine delivery system. Nicotine's one of many benefits is an appetite supresive. However, having said that, I totally agree with you insofar as that when you get the desire for your favourite sweetie or drink it is a satisfying alternative.

My partner loves her Cremè De Menthè and at times has been known to over indulge and risk driving home. Now she puffs away on her vape with that flavour any time she pleases, soberly drives home and has considerably reduced her alcohol intake. That in itself is a double blessing, financially and health wise as it is well known fact that alcohol destroys brain cells and unlike the rest of our body these cells do not regenerate.

Once again welcome, vape on and be happy.
