Starting a thread works. If it's a non-vape chat sort of thing there's a forum called The Lounge good for that. Just scroll down the forum list to find it.

Just look for your specific topic like Eskie said.
Go into eliquid threads and just above it are the diy subforums.

Been here a little while but I've never visited the lounge
I think it's probably more casual than that but i couldn't say.
