Welcome Omar, it would help to know where you are in the quitting process (and what vape equipment you are using) to help get you started and answer any initial questions you have.

As far as juices (depending on your location) some Vape stores will let you try sampling their juices to see what you enjoy, as well as possible juices for purchase. Similarly, many online vendors will sell small sample packs of juice so you can try several without too much outlay of funds. I think finding someone who will just "send" you juices for free is likely going to be difficult, but you can minimize costs while finding some juices you enjoy (hopefully) using those two methods.

Welcome to ECF and I hope you enjoy your stay here. Please also ask any other questions you have, we want you to succeed in transitioning to vaping safely and as easily as possible.

Welcome :)

Hi Omar, and welcome to ECF. There seem to be three ways to quit smoking:

  1. Some people start vaping and immediately lose all desire to smoke. They're the lucky ones.
  2. Others "dual use" - vape and smoke - for a while before gradually cutting out the cigarettes.
  3. Still others have to force themselves to dump the smokes. It is a bit easier than quitting without vaping because you still have the vape to fall back on, but it does take willpower. Some drop the cigarettes immediately, while others dual use for a bit before deciding to make a clean break.

It's really about finding a strategy that works for you. If #1 doesn't happen for you, I'd recommend trying to make yourself quit immediately. As soon as you buy your first two vapes (having a backup is essential so you don't fall back on the smokes if something happens to your setup), see if you can do without cigarettes. If you're just not making it, or you know that it isn't a strategy that's likely to work for you, then try dual using while cutting down on your cigarettes. It really is personal, and there's no 'right way' that works for everyone. I hope you find what works for you.

Good luck!
