It's been over 8 hours since the OP posted he needed help. I guess David's not in a big rush for help. 
I think David went to find his mother and doesn't know he is a robot......wasn't that a strange movie?
Um, there are a bunch of vendors, some on ECF as preferred vendors like Cloud Academics and Flavor Shack, I think. Wizard labs, Nicotine River (one of my own personal favorites, actually) and they all tend to have sales on the big holidays and there is one coming up. Heartland vapers is one that has just pretty good prices especially on their "lowest end" nicotine. When I was finishing up I bought some and found it to be just fine I may pick up a few liters.
But the thing is, so much of it is personal preference and the type of nic you need. But most of those larger vendors aren't going to provide awful product I don't think, although you may want to try a few different vendors in small amounts to see what you wind up liking. Etc.

that really depends on what you are wanting
and to clarify when you say nicotine or liquids good....
are you wanting to create your own e-juice? or are you wanting premade juice?
there again it depends on what you are looking for...there are thousands of vendors and hundreds of price points
I myself tend to stick to the cheap juices getting 120ml for $10 - $20, while others wouldn't even consider buying a juice this cheap. As with everything, it's very much a personal taste and also budget dependent
and of course everyone has their favorite vendor for a certain flavor (so and so for coffees, so and so for fruits, this one for tobacco, that one for custards, oh and that one has the best bakery
)but for me I'd say madtown vaper has never let me down on flavor or quality
