Hi everyone, a quick introduction: I started discussing products in 2022, collaborating with various marketplaces and manufacturers. All items were provided for free in exchange for a review. I do not receive any payment in any form, and the links I share do not contain referrals or affiliations.
I’ve already asked Misty, whom I thank, for the rules and permission to post this review. The first product I’m reviewing is the Hellvape Dead Rabbit 3 rta (2024 Edition), provided by the HealthCabin store.

810 drip tip
Bag 1: Screwdriver, steel hex screws (alternative to pre-installed ones), o-orings
Bag 2: Two cotton strips, two Ni80 Clapton coils (0.37Ω)

Dual 810 drip tips, without O-rings as they are installed in the top cap of the Dead Rabbit RTA 2024. The white one is resin, while the black one is Delrin. Convenient notches are present to make top cap rotation easier.

Extra-wide fill ports, compatible even with twisted bottle tips. Short threading for quick refills, providing a solid feel. Excellent heat dissipation, with the top cap remaining cool even with high-power dual coil builds.

With the top cap unscrewed, the airflow ring is free to come off once aligned with its end stop. It features 16 airflow holes, which can be adjusted to your liking thanks to the O-ring, with a minimum of 2 open. Needless to say, it’s a top airflow design, reducing leakage thanks to the slot, in a completely exposed version. It’s not exactly a pure lung hit (DL), but the option to use it with just 2 holes makes it a hybrid, where an RDL (restricted direct lung) hit is possible with the right adjustments.

Engraving on the cap of the most famous vaping rabbit. The bubble glass, included as a spare part, allows for a 5.5 ml capacity (final diameter 30 mm). The straight one, with a rainbow-style finish, shown above, has 3.5 ml (diameter 26 mm) with an additional option of a 2 ml tank, which I don't have for the TPD version. They are held in place by the O-ring at the base of the bell, and to remove them, you just need to be careful.

It's an atomizer that Hellvape advertises as a dual coil lung hit, but I found it more versatile, with the possibility of setting it up as a single coil RDL atomizer (of course, using a fairly thick wire). Bell - airflow system: being a top airflow, just like in premade-coil atomizers, those two side channels are designed to direct air to the coil. That kind of rectangular narrowing rotates once the deck is inserted, allowing the two to screw in thanks to the well-executed threading. The diameter measures 8 mm, which also puts it in the RDL category.

As a build, I present my perspective as an MTL vaper who also appreciates a RDL vape around 30-40 watts. I'm quite selective and have high standards when it comes to smoothness of the draw, and the Dead Rabbit RTA 3 2024 excels at this, performing beautifully not only in dual coil but also in single coil. Building it is easy with the postless deck, but you need to make sure to place the cotton in the designated channels, which are held in place by what could be called the cotton holder. Another point of attention is always to secure the wire properly. With thicker wires, there are no issues, but with a 26 or 25 gauge, it's always worth double-checking.
The airflow allows the coil to be hit from both underneath and from the sides, effectively dissipating heat while maintaining excellent flavor definition, even with close draws.

In the package, Hellvape includes a leg trimmer with the suggestion to trim the coil legs to around 5 cm. The first part of the base is 25 mm, then it increases to 27 mm, making it slightly large for some mods. However, it’s not too bad when placed on a box that accommodates 25 mm. The engravings are well-made, and the gold-plated pin, even when unscrewed, doesn't allow the insulator to be removed or any deck pieces to come loose. Nonetheless, by washing it, you can access everything beneath the deck.

In conclusion, it's an excellent atomizer that surprised me with how customizable it is, a feature I really appreciate in RTAs. The build quality, not only in terms of materials but also engineering, is in my opinion the best Hellvape (this being the third atomizer I've tried from them) that I've had in hand.
