Hi all, first of all i'm new to the RTA's, i've been vaping sub ohm before.
I have a really bad spitting and popping since i recieved my new RTA.
This is what i use.

istick Pico 21700
Hellvape Dead rabbit RTA
Cotton bacon
Mad rabbit premade coils, ni80juggernaut
0.2~0.24 ohm
Naked 100 Hawaiian Pog 70VG 30PG

On 40 watts it starts to taste kinda good, but that's where the spitback and heavy popping starts

I tried wicking how the youtubers eick an RTA but no result, tried the DAM method, no result.

I hope someone can help me out

Hello Eddy My two cents as I'm running the Dead Rabbit. First, are you looking at the "Steam Engine" website to see what numbers your coils are putting out? And as to the above quoted article, it doesn't mention wire gauge. Thinner wire, less heat capacity, more tolerant of wicking issues. I dropped down to 28 from 26 gauge and it made it a more civil vape (ss316, TC mode). I also turned down my TCR as I perceived some overheating with repeated hits.

usually that's due to flooding... remove the rta, put a napkin over the 510 and gently blow through the mouthpiece to remove excess juice

when you leave your tank overnight, try to store it upside down (old trick ;) ) this should help with it not getting flooded at night

next time try a bit more cotton for your wick
