Help!! 3rd atomizer in 3 days

I just purchased a Kanger mini and an extra atty for it. Kanger kit came with 2 attys. The new Kanger mini is used on either an ego C twist (which I have been using for 6 months) and a new ego Winder. I have never had this issue with any other tank set ups(Kanger T 2 & 3, iclears, evo, and some others). In 3 days, I have burned through 3 attys. I usually get 3-5 weeks from an atty. I have done nothing different. What is going on? Did I just get a bad lot? Any ideas?

What ohm attys are you using? What volts? What juice? WARNING specifics can cause answers! Lol

1.8 ohm @ 3.2-3.6 volts; 2.5 ohm @ 3.9-4.5 volts. Same that I have been using for 6 months. However, now that you mention it, I am on a new bottle of juice brand called "lotus". Can poor quality juices cause attys to burn out quicker?

Some of the flavors gunk up on the coils more than others. Try pulling the tank off leave the bottom ring and head on then pull off the metal thing you use to twist the heads in. Pulse the coil until the wick dries out and the coils turn orange. Use something to brush the crusty gunk off coil and re-juice and try again.

If they are burned out (no longer functioning) it sounds like either a bad lot of coils or something is wrong with your battery mod causing too much voltage to be applied. If they are simply gunking up, it's the juice. I have some DIY (very sweet) juice that gunks up my coil after about 4-5mls. No big deal as I rebuild them.

I would not advise doing a "dry burn" on your coils until you have watched a video or two (Utube) on how to properly do it. Do it wrong and it will have a permanent burnt taste. Until then, try soaking them in either hot water or high grain clear alcohol (Vodka or Everclear) to remove the gunk. Be sure to let them completely dry before reusing them.
