ok so i have bean using my 510 got it from cignot very fast shipping for about 2 weeks now i got to say i love it but yesterday it started making very poor vapor i switched battery's and and atomizer i cant figure out whats wrong i had to go buy a pack of analogs i tested the atomize with my volt meeter there at 2.5 ohms is this normal and batts are making the one is at 3.5 v the other is at almost 4v i tried dripping got the same thing very little vapor idk what to do

A flooded atomizer could give those symptoms... but so could many other things like being dirty with built up crud on the heating element. Getting the atomizer too hot will burn the wick and result in poor vapor production.

Try cleaning it by soaking it in vodka or everclear for at least 15 minutes, then rinse it out with distilled water or more booze (NOT TAP WATER). Blow both ways through it very energetically until no more drops of moisture appear. Now you need to let it dry completely... say overnight, or by using a blow dryer.

Make sure it is primed with juice before you try it.

If this does not fix it, I would have to say that "It's Dead Jim"

2.5 ohms? sounds quite high. I was gonna recommend switching the atty. I have never soaked one in Vodka, but heard it works well. I have the Jany Dura C XL (which i hear is same as Joye 510 and so on). I ordered the XL battery and I'm very pleased with battery life. IMPORTANT follow the instruction for the initial battery charge.

I haven't tried many attys. The one I currently use is a low resistance from Puresmoker. Have been using it for about two weeks and it is a beast. Haven't even tried the Janty attys that came with my kit yet.

In case I left this out, I freaking love the Dura C XL. Although it is a juice hog, after about 8 long drags, I gotta put it down. Very satisfying!:vapor:

It sounds to me like you just need to clean your atomizer out. I have my prefered method as everyone has their own, but go down to the e-cig maintenance topics and you'll find some really good atty cleaning methods there.

At a minimum, at least once each day I remove my atomizer and blow through the cart end as hard as I can a couple of times into a tissue until no more e-juice comes out. I then put the threaded end of my atty in my mouth (to include the 2 tiny holes on the threads) and blow hard once again catching any e-juice in a tissue. Then take a twisted corner of a tissue and lightly "dab" it inside the cart end of the atty to absorb any excess juice inside *do not twist the tissue" which may get caught on the the wire mesh bridge inside. Wipe the atty clean and once you put it back on your battery put 2-3 drops of your e-juice directly onto the bridge in the atty. Now put your full cart back on and you should be good.

Sometimes the cart needs to be blown out into a tissue too, but only blow through the mouth end. You can also stick the tip of a paper clip into the hole on the mouth end of your cart and remove the endcap, then you'll see another cap inside that you can also remove (remember how it came out - flat side toward the mouth end). You'll notice some condensation/juice inside that you can clean out as well and rinse the caps with warm tap water, dry and reassemble.

Just trying to help.

If you pulled on the heating element with tweezers or something perhaps you broke it off one of the leads. I clean mine by blowing them out with my mouth from both ends. Just blow hard on the big end and all the extra juice flows out of the 2 little holes. Then start with new fiber filling, just stuffing from a pillow or something.
