I am looking to buy another kit, but there are so many kinds out there I am not sure what to go with, they are all confusing me so figure I would ask the experts :)

I am strictly looking for The ones that look like a cigarette, don't care what colour, I'll most likely go black.

I would like it to be available with the 78mm battery since I notice it has more power and gives more of a puff

I would like to be able to buy a kit where no matter what site I go to I can buy compatible cartomizers that are either prefilled or can fill my self.

Automatic or Manual I am still undecided about that cause I am not sure of the real dif it will give me and the pros and con about them.

It's hard to go by review on their site they all claim to have a good throat hit. I will be using 16mg nic.

Can anyone help me which I should look at? If you prefer to pm me with some info that's fine too I just need a little help without buying everything under the sun just yet :)

Thanks :)

I would suggest a 510 or ego-t or ego-c from Joyetech. Official distributors in Canada are nicfitnation, capitalnicfit, evapers, and a few others. I know that capitalnicfit has a 10% coupon code for march "mindfield" .......I used it on my last two orders as the coupon is good for the whole month with registered accounts receiving a new coupon every month. Love it!

Hi,

You said you're looking to buy another kit, which one do you already have ?

I bought my first kit a while ago, since I was quitting smoking, I wanted the one who looked the most like a cigarette...
my boyfriend wanted an ego... I don't know why, really. he didn't read any post or anything, it's just the one he choose when we went to the market in ottawa.

I love the look of my Joye 510 ............

I didn't like the look of the ego... way too big for a cigarette ( talking as a smoker) it is the size as a cigar

but.

I took a puff of mine, then I took a puff of the ego
and I really wished I bought an ego for me as well.

a lot more smoke coming out of it. it feels more like a cigarette

don't get me wrong, I still love my Joye 510, perfect look, and really stop the craving, I love using it.
I take more puff than on my real cigarette, so I had to choose my nicotine a little less than my pack of cigarette

but I'm telling you. when the boyfriend is not around, I use his ego, feel more satisfying after a puff...

I love the fact that I use the manual battery. when you hold it there is no problem just pressing the button, don't worry about that. and for what I read, it seems that with automatic it start for other reason than taking a puff.. too sensitive.

I like the XL or mega battery, which is longer.

the bad reputation of the Joye 510 is that the batteries won't last long.
I have two batteries and a charger case, that is just perfect and enough. I charge my battery in my charger case while I don't use it. have no problem at all. and I was worry about that.

do you have a place you can go shopping for your ecig or you can just order online ? cause it would be nice if you could try them before... good luck !

I know many will say don't get a cig-a-like but if that's what you want I recommend the bloog from happy vaper comes in all the lenghths and has some cool colours I haven't run across any Canadian vendors selling pre filled nic cartos, so you will have to buy juice separately and fill (cheaper) or order from the states.

I also have an echo (similar to an ego I believe) and I use it at home sometimes, but the smaller slim batts go with me every where else.

I'm a noob so it's very likely I don't know what I'm talking about lol. But I love my set up right now.

Oh and I have a manual and auto batts, I prefer the autos.

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

I will only add that you soon will find that one, or even two or three PVs is never enough. Just be ready to add to your collection and don't sweat the details too much. Many things have strong points and many weak ones, but by and large just about everything the folks in here recommend will work well enough. Just have fun finding what works best for you!

Happy Vapour trails!

I am strictly looking for The ones that look like a cigarette, don't care what colour, I'll most likely go black.

If you're strictly looking for the ones that look like a cigarette, then I advise either the Volt or the Joye 510.

I would like it to be available with the 78mm battery since I notice it has more power and gives more of a puff

While most starter kits do not come with larger batteries, most companies do have larger batteries available. However, a larger battery does not mean that it will give "more of a puff". A larger battery just means that the battery will not discharge in an hour or two, but will last a bit longer. If you want something that gives more vapor, you will need to graduate from a cigarette-sized model to something larger.

I would like to be able to buy a kit where no matter what site I go to I can buy compatible cartomizers that are either prefilled or can fill my self.

I would not advise buying prefilled cartomizers, ever. Typically, the liquid or "juice" that's in a prefilled cartomizer is of a far lower quality than the varieties you can buy from juice suppliers. In addition, what model of ecig you get will determine what cartomizers you use, and cartomizers are by no means universally available through all ecig sites. The most common is a Boge cartomizer, although there are different resistance levels for use with different sizes of batteries. However, Boge cartomizers do not work well on cigarette-sized models of ecig.

Automatic or Manual I am still undecided about that cause I am not sure of the real dif it will give me and the pros and con about them.

Automatic batteries tend to be fickle. My husband's last automatic battery would turn itself on when he moved it too fast. Sometimes it'd turn on in his pocket, and it'd warm up. When it does that, it means it's using the battery power, so the battery life is even shorter. I would not advise an automatic battery for those reasons.

However, the difference between an automatic battery and a manual battery is that an automatic battery is supposed to turn on when you inhale (it does, although it turns itself on at other times too), and a manual battery has a button that you push to turn it on.

I hope those things have helped you out somewhat. I can give you a bit more information in regards to the Joye 510 if you really are determined to stick with a cigarette sized model, but I can also tell you that I have a Joye 510 gathering dust after me using it for less than a week, and would advise strongly that you consider a slightly larger model, such as the kgo/ego/Riva size, which is about the size of a Sharpie marker. :)
