HELP! Anyone in Halifax (HRM) know where I can find ejuice NOW?

I'm pretty sure I'm screwed, but just on the off-chance that there is someone that knows where I can find some ejuice (or prefilled carts) locally, I'd be soooo grateful! I have an order on the go but my juice won't be here until Friday at the earliest and my order of prefilled carts won't even be shipped until at least Friday...

I could try to make my own non-nic juice to tide me over--I have VG, I have distilled water, I have vanilla....how do I put it together? LOL

Note to self: In future when ordering, better to order too much than not enough!!!

also - get 5 total replies/posts instead of 4 for a total of 5 then wait about an hour - and then if there is a social group for your state or area (see front page ECF) you can ask to be invited. Maybe someone in there lives near you
