Only thing I can think of is get another charger and try that out. If you have the money though, I highly suggest getting a better battery. At least an ego style. I wouldn't advise getting another Blu. Actually you might as well do yourself a favor and get an evod kit. They can be had at pretty much any B&M. If not an Evod setup then another good step up from the Blu would be an ego twist and a protank mini 2. That setup would still probably be cheaper than a Blu kit.

Got a Blu ecig, had it 2 weeks, pack won't charge now. No lights, no nothing. Any fix for this beside buying another? Both batts are dead and i'm about to go crazy! Thanks.

I wouldn't bother with Blu, sorry. Get a Halo G6 or Smokeless Image Volt kit. I personally love the G6 from Halo with mini tanks instead of the cartomizers.

I had two fail identically -- one after two weeks and another after ten days. I believe they had a bad manufacturing batch and the third has been working like a champ for months. It's a terrible feeling -- like sucking on unlit cigarettes.

They have a one year warranty and Blu supports exchange by the retailers (i.e. they credit retailers for returned products). Most places can look up your purchase without a receipt (if you used plastic) -- though a receipt is definitely a faster and safer bet. Mine were exchanged quickly and without issue at Sam's Club. If you have to return to Blu, you'll be without for a few weeks (look under support on their website).

And I'd highly recommend the USB charger (on their website); it charges in maybe 1/3 the time of the pack. And then you'll have a backup. Their cartomizers can also be used on an eGo battery.

Good luck.

Thanks everyone, I'm not interested in changing brands or anything. Just need my blu to work, I like it. LoveVanilla - I was thinking the same, return it and see if mine was just a bad batch. I'm going to get some disposables and wait for my new pack to come in. Did some more research last night and found no hope so return it I will. Thanks again.

Then I would go exchange it at the store where you purchased it.

welcome to ECF lisa92186 ... good choice with the disposables until you get your kit replaced ... the kits are not all bad (mine still works like new). However, I moved on to something better (I had to, if I wanted to quit smoking).

Cheers and Happy New Year

If you can take it back to where you bought it and exchange it...

Do not keep the spare battery in the charging slot as this is a defect of the charger...any battery in there they get stuck in a loop and the charger will charge the battery...once charged the charger will then drain the battery to recharge itself...this cycle will continue until both the battery and charger are fried!

I've brought this defect up to blu but they as of yet haven't fixed it...just released a slimmer charger with the same defect....

If you are looking to really get into vaping please take the time to check out my blog here on ECF, it's a bit long but it has basic starting info and some "kits" for cheap whether looking for cigarette-look-alikes, to ego batteries to mech/regulated mods.
New Vapor Starter Kits

Best of luck on your journey into vaping! Feel free to ask questions, no question is too silly or unimportant...just misinformed ;)

I have not experienced this at all ... my 6 month old kit works exactly as it did when new ... I just pulled it out now and took a few vapes (both batteries are in the PCC and the PCC still shows 6 battery charges as I last left it ... neither has drained or re-charged).

The OP is only interested in her Blu kit working again ... not a bunch of affiliate marketing links.

I am glad that this has not happened to you....in my year of vaping I have seen it time and time again and working in a gas station for 8 years have seen it thousands of times....just giving a word of advice from not only personal experience but from others that have come into my work with same issue....now as for my blog being aff links, yes it is but all the info listed there is still true, is it not? Care to prove my blog wrong then please by all means do....I am always looking to learn myself and pass along what I have learned. So please do not try to discredit what I have said simply because I used affiliate links to products that I stand behind. But would rather not take away from the OPs thread so feel free to pm me any corrections you believe that my blog needs and I'd gladly fix it.

Back to the OP. Blu is a good kit, when it works...the problem is 75% of the time they don't and you've wasted money on it...I still use my blu but honestly I like the greensmoke battery a lot better and currently like the markten just wish they had flavors instead of unflavored and menthol.
And when feeling nostalgic ;) I buy the blu carts and use them on my ego battery.
As stated above I work in a gas station so I've taken it upon myself to slowly buy each type of cig-a-like we sell so I can give a fairly decent judgment to clients that come into my store looking for a cig-a-like and then try to slowly into them into my ego battery when they outgrow the cig-a-likes lol

Don't give up! I quit by using Blu myself. I had to exchange a Blu battery (The "cig" part) and they sent me a new one without any problem. Perhaps they will do the same for your pcc (The "pack" part). I won't bash Blu as they have gotten many people on the road to quitting. I will say that there is a world of better vaping equipment within easy reach at a more affordable price point. Please don't give up! Welcome aboard and contact me if I can be of any help.

Not trying to bash you personally Shadav ... as with all people pushing their affiliate links ... they all say they stand behind the links they are trying to sell.

I was simply pointing out, the OP is quite happy with the brand and flavour she is using (she already stated that before you posted) ... she just needs her Blu kit working.

Blu has excellent customer service and I am confident they will make good on the product she is already happy with.

Cheers and Happy New Year

Before you do anything else, make sure the contacts on both the batteries and the charger are clean and dry. A little alcohol and a cotton swab will do wonders for that task.

Then try to charge again.

Stuff happens, but dirty wet contacts happen a lot.

Thanks, but it's the pack that won't charge. Not the batteries.

Thanks and Happy New Year. I got a disposable one and will be using it till my new charger comes in the mail. I've tried another convenient store brand a few years ago and it was horrible. I knew a lot of people that were quitting with Blu so I wanted to try it. I like that it doesn't have a strong taste and that's what got me to like it. I bought my Blu pack, started using it the same day and have not picked up a cig since. I'm going on 16 days without one. I'm pretty damn proud of myself seeing as I smoked a pack a day. I appreciate everyone's help and thank you all for your time. Anyone know how to delete post that would be of help also. :) lol.

Happy New year all!

Hi Lisa, I like you started with the Blu and the Vanilla also is what got me off the "real cigs" in 3 days. I have 3 Blu starter kits, (the $31 ones) and still use them every now and then to have the best Vanilla flavor I have found. Keep the contacts clean in the recharge pack and the batteries also. Both load up with "scum" very very frequently.

I moved on to Smokeless Image, (Volt) and Halo for their 78 mm long auto batteries, far far superior to the Blu products! As I'm sure you will find out, purchasing blank carts and filling them with your juice, "flavor" of choice is far less expensive the buying the pre-filled carto's from Blu. I also use both of their larger 650 manual batteries with both carto's and tanks. I still have not found a true, very close clone of the Blu Vanilla, but Zeus Juicies: Bubble Gum, Valilla, Strawberry & Cherry Cotton candy fill the void the vast majority of the time. I also have a load of other Vanilla's from different Juice Sellers, but kept going back to the Zeus.

Good luck, I've been off the cigs for 4 months and quit after 40+ years of them.
