So my sigelie 30 watt tube mod just broke. I got it from FT and within a few days it shorted out and I returned it. Now 3 months later I got the replacement in the ma.il and I dropped it and the top came off!! The part that has the 510/ego connections popped off there is nothing broken and I can place it back on but it will come off again after a while.Im hopeing some1 has had this problem and found a solution. If I cant get it to stay together then Im considering makeing a box mod out of it with maybe 2 18650's or 26650's But id much rather fix it!!

Unfortunatly I have no camera I thought that this may have happend to others who had a solution..Iam not starting to make itinto a dual 18650 box mod Unless I find a quick fix that actually keeps it together..But it appears that the top is pressed on dureing assembly and I cant seem to press it back well enuff that it gets a good ground connection and remains together for long. So a mod box is the best fix i ve come up with and dual 18650's should be sweet..Also Ive ordered a extention for the atlantis that increases it to 7mls so I should be able to vape along time withou needing to do anything with this planned set up

Heya,

First of all, sorry to hear about your situation, being a Canadian is a struggle and it wasn't like you asked for it. As to your other situation, everyone here definitely wants to help, we simply are lacking so many variables let alone knowledge of that specific model that we aren't sure how to help you without being indirectly responsible for you harming yourself. e.g., with good pictures we could see that maybe there is a bit that broke that could be quickly fixed with some jb-weld.

However, I spent a few minutes looking this up and after skipping around this video, I see there's a top-cap that goes over the ego/510 threads, and is meant to come off. Is there a chance this came on it, and you assumed it was non-detachable? It would explain why everything is working, and you can put it back on and off again.
