HELP with broken end on Protank1

I need HELP!! I have 2 older Kanger Protanks and I have used the heck out of them. I love them other than they DO leak. I was running low on supplies and got them back out and they both have broken off at the ends into one of my mods and a battery!! HOW DO I get the ends out of mod and battery?? I am not so much worried about the battery but the mod is my favorite a Siegeli!!PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Sorry to hear you're having a problem. Unfortunately, it's common with the Protank 1; it's a now known weak point. I'm sure you will get lots of responses as the day goes on, but here are a couple. I suggest trying the last one (potato) first, since it'a less likely to damage the device.

Thanks I think I will go with the potato and if that fails my landlord is British and can fix all so I will let him have a go at it...my mod fell, the battery I THINK I turned it too much!! Could it be Friday the 13th??

Ehh, I just used the tip of a pencil. Once it starts turning it doesn't take much.

Sorry. Here it is!

Someone had suggested a pencil eraser with a rubber band warped around the eraser for a ProVari that had something like that happen to it. It worked the person. The rubber band gave it some gripping to to side. Good luck!!

I tried the pencil eraser...did not work. I really want to save my Siegeli ZMax it is my first mod and my favorite!! They have mods on sale at Vapor Alley if all else fails guess I will have to bite the bullet and buy one!! I get too attached to my favorite stuff I guessbut all I can say is if you have a tank and mod you really like DO NOT DROP it!!! If anyone has any more good ideas please help!!

Protank threading is inside. Fit a screwdriver into the opening and turn.
