Help! Cant clean my Vivi Nova

I have Vivi Nova tank which I love, its probably one of my favorite tanks, except today.. I can't unscrew the bottom.. at all, its STUCK! It wont come out, and I wanted to clean it up so I could change flavors in my tank.. Anyone have any ideas? I tried a few things pliers and holding onto it, even sticky gloves. Nothing will break the seal on the bottom.

Soak it in warm water... Vodka will get the flavor out might help with un sticking it.

with my VIVI it took a bit to get the bottom off. As long as you can get the atomizer out you should be clear to rinse it out.

I used a flat piece of rubber purpose built for opening jars by Rubbermaid. Maybe a pair of leather gloves would work?
