Please can you help. New to ecigs and instructions with starter kit of Milano insufficient. Cartridge which is sposed to slot in is exactly same size as the main 'cigarette'. Please can someone tell me exactly how to do this or point me to a video that really does show how to do it. Thanks to any who help!!

I may be wrong, but I think at the end of your battery there should be an atomizer then you slide the cartridge on the end of the atomizer. Do you have a silver metal piece at the end of the battery?
Ok you should have 3 parts, the battery, the atomizer and the cartridge. When you get the atomizer out it usually has an empty cart/plug on it to prevent damage, screw it on to the battery then pull off the protective cap/cartridge whatever you want to call it and then slide a full cartridge back over the exposed atomizer.
I've been trying to figure out exactly what a Milano is, I think it's an M401, which means VPDownunder is right. Three pieces; battery, atomizer, and a cartridge you slide onto the atomizer.
The Milano is pretty much the same as a Gamucci micro. Don't think that it is a M 401 but it's a 3 piece e-cig.
In order to get the cartdrige out you must slide the mouthpiece off the atomizer. Take off the cap from the new cart and slide the atomizer inside it.
